PRONEKTAR was present at the Unified Wine & Grape Symposium in Sacramento on 26 and 27 January on the Radoux-Pronektar stand. Pronektar’s strong progress on the US market means that the brand must become more and more visible on the market. We had a large number of visitors to the stand over these two days, a lot of winemakers interested in the specific qualities of PRONEKTAR products (raw material/maturation time/toasting process) and their added value in terms of flavor and aroma (contribution of volume/texture/fat/sweetness + contribution of aromas : vanilla/almond/roasted-toasty/coffee).
